Timothy Cobb is a well-known double bass player and educator. In addition to serving as the resident principal bass of the New York Philharmonic, he also teaches at well-known music schools such as Juilliard School, Manhattan School of Music, and Yale University. His students have not only received many honors and achievements in performance, but have also achieved high status in education and the music industry.
